Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes
    large marshmallows
    melted butter
    graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until done.
    Mash with fork and cool. Take large marshmallows and around each, press the mashed potatoes.
    Use just enough to cover the marshmallow completely. Dip in melted butter and roll in graham cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    The balls will crack slightly when done.
