Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 medium onion, chopped
4 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 can mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 1/2 c. potato chips
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except chips. Pour mixture into 9 x 13-inch dish.
Cover and chill overnight.
When ready to serve, sprinkle top with chips and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25minutes.
