Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pastry for 10 inch pie
    8 slices bacon (crisp)
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1 can cream of chicken soup undiluted
    3/4 c milk
    1 1/2 tbsp melted butter or mayonnaise
    1 tbsp flour
    dash nutmeg
    dash cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Line 10 inch plate with pastry. Drain crisp bacon. Cut cheese and bacon in half. Overlap layers of cheese and bacon on pastry. Best eggs and add remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese. Bake 50 minute or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is lightly browned. Serve warm. Makes 6-8 servings.
