Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry or raspberry jello
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 sliced banana (optional)
Preparation
    Heat pineapple and add jello; stir until dissolved.
    Let cool and add buttermilk, Cool Whip, nuts and bananas.
    Mix well and pour into salad mold and chill.
    May use 13 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Serves 6 to 8 people.
