"Tuck'S" Cow Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (12 oz.) milk chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts (one kind of nuts or mixed)
Preparation

In a double boiler over simmering water, melt the chocolate chips and shortening, stirring until smooth.
Remove from the heat; stir in raisins and nuts.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Chill until ready to serve.
Makes 2 dozen.
