Beef Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 tsp. Tender Quick
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 pinch salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix and shape into three 6-inch rolls.
    Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 on broiler rack for 1 hour.
    Freezes well. (Don't overbake.)
