Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups boiling water
    4 cups sugar
    2 ounces instant coffee
    2 cups brandy
    1 vanilla bean or 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix boiling water, sugar and coffee.
    Let cool.
    Add brandy and vanilla.
    Use 1/2 gallon dark bottle to store.
    Better if aged up to six weeks, especially if you use a vanilla bean.
