Mocha Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    2 1/2 to 3 tsp. instant coffee granules
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    2 or 3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine confectioners sugar and cocoa.
    Cream butter with 1/2 cup cocoa mixture in small bowl.
    Combine instant coffee and hot water until dissolved.
    Add remaining cocoa mixture alternately with coffee and milk; beat until spreading consistency.
    Blend in vanilla.
    Makes about 2 1/4 cups frosting.
