Spicy Broiled Redfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) redfish fillets
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all seasonings together.
    Dip fish into melted margarine or butter.
    Coat both sides of fish with seasoning mix.
    Place on a lightly greased broiler pan.
    Broil for 4 minutes.
    Turn and broil an additional 3 minutes.
