Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Tear up bread and place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Brown and drain meat.
    Spoon sausage over bread.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over meat mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
