Savory Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. tarragon or cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. thyme leaves
    assorted fresh vegetables
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except vegetables; mix well.
    Chill 1 hour to blend flavors.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with fresh vegetables.
