Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can refried beans
1 c. grated cheese
1 small pkg. corn chips or nacho chips
1 small can enchilada or taco sauce (dilute with 1/2 can water)
about 1 c. black olives, chopped
Preparation

Fry hamburger until brown.
Drain.
Add onion to meat.
Spread beans in a 8 x 11-inch pan.
Crumble chips and spread on beans. Add hamburger with onions to chips and beans.
Pour diluted sauce on top of meat.
Top with grated cheese and olives.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and heated, about 20 minutes.
