Fluffy Flapjacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Sift flour with baking powder, soda, sugar and salt.
    Combine buttermilk, melted butter and beaten egg.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring only until flour is moistened.
    Batter will be lumpy and thick.
    Bake on hot, ungreased griddle.
    Makes 6 to 8 pancakes.
