Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 to 3 c. fresh chopped vegetables
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Unroll crescent dough.
    Do not separate.
    Press seams together to fill the bottom of a 15 x 10-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cool.
