Deep-Dish Peach Pie - cooking recipe

1 qt. (4 c.) diced peaches
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Place peaches in unbaked pie shell. Mix in separate bowl the sugar, salt, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. When thoroughly mixed, add evaporated milk and mix. Pour mixture over peaches. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
