Chowder(Winning Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped clams
4 slices bacon
2 medium onions, chopped small
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 ribs celery, diced fine
2 carrots, diced fine
1 clove garlic, minced
5 medium potatoes, peeled and minced
2 c. clam juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 drops Tabasco
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. half and half cream
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. thyme
Preparation

Saute bacon until crisp; drain (saving fat).
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Slowly saute onions, green pepper, celery, carrots and garlic in bacon fat until tender.
Boil potatoes in salted water until cooked.
Combine vegetables; add seasonings and beat in a mixer until creamy.
Do not beat longer or it will become too smooth and thick.
