Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly the margarine, shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Blend in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
    Place 2-inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet (vegetable spray works well).
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
    Makes 3 to 4 dozen cookies.
