Spaetzels(Chewy European Dumplings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Mix to a stiff smooth dough.
    Drop by 1/2 teaspoon into boiling water, dipping the spoon into water between each dumpling to keep dough from sticking.
    Boil about 5 minutes; drain.
    Serve with goulash and stew.
