Mushroom Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can undiluted mushroom soup
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can drained mushroom pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
Preparation
    Combine soup, 1/2 cup cheese, pepper, salt, mushrooms and onion in a bowl.
    Gradually add milk.
    Stir in potatoes.
    Place in a greased shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Serves 6.
