Whipped Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1 c. milk
6 level Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. shortening

Preparation

Cook the first 3 ingredients until thick.
Cool completely. Do not work with it if it is warm.
Add oleo and shortening.
Beat until creamy and frost.
