Healthy Oven-Fry Chicken (Tenders Or Breast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken breasts or tenders (boneless)
    bread crumbs (seasoned)
    margarine
Preparation
    Coat chicken lightly with melted margarine and dredge in seasoned dry bread crumbs.
    Place in an ungreased shallow baking pan.
    Oven fry at 425\u00b0 for 5 to 9 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
    For crisper chicken, coat pan with 1 tablespoon melted margarine or vegetable oil and preheat oven for 5 minutes before adding chicken.
