Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. corn syrup (light)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients until well blended.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Cool.
Serves 8.
