Crown Jewel Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 to 1 1/2 c. mashed carrots
3 c. bread crumbs
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Add bread crumbs.
Shape into patties and coat with corn flakes.
Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
