Sweet-Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
    1/3 c. shortening (to brown)
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can pineapple juice
    3/4 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown chicken wings in a single layer in shortening in electric skillet set at 300\u00b0.
    Remove as they brown; drain drippings.
    Add vinegar, sugar, pineapple juice, catsup, soy sauce, mustard and salt.
    Bring to a boil at 250\u00b0 for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add chicken wings.
    Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Turn wings over and cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes more.
