Bread Pudding(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Scald milk with butter.
Stir in all other ingredients, except the eggs.
Mix well, then add eggs last, stirring gently.
Pour into greased pan.
Place pan in hot water and bake about 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Serve about 1 ounce butter sauce with each serving.
