Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. sausage
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped red pepper
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. light cream (I use skim milk)
    9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done.
    Crumble, then drain.
    Mix cheese and sausage.
    Sprinkle into unbaked pie shell.
    Lightly beat eggs and combine with remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pie shell containing sausage mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes on rack.
