Red Pepper Round Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) round steak
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
1 beef-flavored bouillon cube
1 c. hot water
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomato wedges, drained
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. soy sauce
hot cooked noodles or rice
Preparation

Partially freeze steak; slice diagonally across grain into 1/4-inch wide strips.
Cut strips into 2-inch pieces.
Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
