Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. thick and chunky salsa
    1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives, drained
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. diced green chilies
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until beef is lightly brown and onion is tender; drain off fat. Stir in salsa, taco seasoning and water; cook over low heat 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture thickens. Stir in corn and olives. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish.
