Perfect Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. yellow cornmeal
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. Wesson oil
Preparation

Sift flour with sugar, baking powder and salt; stir in cornmeal.
Add eggs, milk and Wesson oil.
Beat with rotary or electric beater until just smooth.
(Do not overbeat).
Pour into greased iron skillet or 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
