Appetizer Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. onion flakes
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 egg
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cranberry sauce, and tomato sauce.
Shape into balls about 1-inch in diameter.
Brown on all sides.
Remove from pan into a deeper pot, draining off extra fat. Combine cranberry sauce with tomato sauce.
Pour over meat balls. Cover and simmer over low heat about 45 minutes.
Serve in chafing dish.
Provide toothpicks.
