Blueberry Cake Or Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. blueberries
    2 tsp. sugar on top
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    At low speed cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs (1 at a time).
    Mix until blended.
    Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with milk and vanilla.
    Mash 1/2 cup blueberries; stir in by hand.
    Fold in rest of blueberries.
    Pour in greased tube pan or muffin tins.
    Sprinkle with sugar on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
