Creamy Peas And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small red potatoes (1-inch)
    2 c. fresh or frozen shelled green peas
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
Preparation
    Prick potatoes and microwave on High (100% power) for 10 minutes or until fork-tender; set aside.
    In a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine the peas and water.
    Microwave on High for 6 minutes or until peas are tender; set aside.
