Diabetic Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour (may use self-rising)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/8 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, then add egg, milk and butter.
    Mix well and measure 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
    Pour into a warm nonstick skillet until brown, turning once.
    Makes 10 pancakes.
