Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 medium head cabbage, finely shredded
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
-
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, seasoned salt and pepper.
Toss with cabbage, carrot and onion.
Sprinkle with paprika or dill weed, if desired.
Makes 8 servings, 95 calories per serving.
