Baked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. fat-free margarine
    1 c. fat-free bread crumbs
    1 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    egg substitute to equal 1 egg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine margarine, bread crumbs and milk.
    Bring to a boil. Stir in salmon, egg and salt.
    Pour into casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
