Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O
1 c. cold water
1 (20 oz.) can undrained, crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (10 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine Jell-O, water and pineapple and boil gently together for 10 minutes.
Add cream cheese as soon as you remove boiling mixture from heat.
When cooled and beginning to thicken, add celery and nuts.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour mixture into ring or mold and chill thoroughly.
