Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. crabmeat
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 eggs
2 pkg. saltine crackers
cracker meal
Preparation

Break up saltines.
Mix all other ingredients except cracker meal.
Let stand until crackers are moist.
Add crabmeat; roll in cracker meal.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen medium crab cakes.
Let stand in refrigerator at least an hour before frying.
