Everyday Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
Preparation

Soak bread crumbs in milk.
Add meat, eggs, onion and seasonings; mix well.
Form in single loaf in 4 3/4 x 8 3/4-inch loaf pan.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
In 30 minutes, spread some ketchup on top and continue baking.
Or, the recipe calls for a Piquant sauce that can be spread on meat loaf before you bake it.
