One Dish Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. onions
    1 (17 oz.) tomatoes
    1 can whole kernel corn
Preparation
    Grease a 2-quart casserole. Spread rice on bottom.
    Mix flour, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Spread over rice.
    Dot with 1/2 tablespoon butter.
    Mix beef and onions and put over rice. Repeat. Pour over the layers the tomatoes with liquid. Spread corn on top and dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 6.
