Chippy Blond Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine and brown sugar.
    Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Beat in vanilla.
    Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and pecans.
    Spread into a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Cool on a wire rack.
    Yield: 2 dozen.
