Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can milk
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Prepare vegetables according to package. Saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Using same pan, make a sauce with 2 tablespoons butter, milk and soup. Add shredded cheese until melted. Add sauce to vegetables. Toss and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Can be made ahead.
    Refrigerate and bake when ready.
