Turkey Crunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked turkey or chicken
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 c. (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. slivered, blanched almonds
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip
    1 small can chow mein noodles (for topping)
Preparation
    Mix together turkey, eggs, mushrooms, celery, almonds and onion.
    In another bowl, mix together the soup and Miracle Whip. Toss with the turkey mixture and turn into a two-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with chow mein noodles.
