Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cake flour
    10 large egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour and set aside.
    In large mixing bowl beat egg whites until foaming.
    Add cream of tartar and vanilla extract. Beat until very stiff, but not dry.
    Add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, and continue to beat.
    Using spatula, fold in flour.
    Pour batter into 10-inch ungreased tube pan.
    Using a knife, pop bubbles.
    Bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
