Kraut Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 303) can sauerkraut
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar chopped pimentos, drained
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Mix kraut, onion, bell pepper, celery and pimentos.
Pour sugar over vegetables and stir.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (24 hours).
Next day, drain real good, stir to help with the draining.
When drained good, add the oil and vinegar.
Keep covered, will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
