Chocolate Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk (no substitutes)
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls 1-inch apart on greased foil lined baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from baking sheets immediately or they will stick if allowed to cool on pan. Store, covered, at room temperature.
Yields 5 dozen.
