Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. milk
4 eggs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook meat and drain well.
Spread on bottom of greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Mix milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper in bowl with wire whip.
Add onion and pepper; pour over top of meat and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm in middle.
