Betty'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices bread, cubed and crust removed
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. diced ham or sausage, cooked and drained
    4 c. milk
    8 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    pepper to taste
    some dry minced onions to taste
Preparation
    Layer first 3 ingredients in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix together milk, eggs, salt, mustard, pepper and onions.
    Pour over dry ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
