Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked brown rice
2 celery stalks
2 carrot sticks
1 small onion
1 or 2 eggs
2 Tbsp. peanut oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Chop celery, carrots and onion.
In large saucepan, break eggs in peanut oil.
In separate corners of pan, place celery, carrots and onion.
With spatula, chop egg up and flip as it cooks and stir other vegetables.
Add rice and soy sauce and mix all together, stirring and flipping until rice is brown.
Serves 4 to 6.
