Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    2 Egg Beaters
    1/2 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat Egg Beaters and add remaining ingredients. Pour into a large cast-iron skillet already sprayed with cooking spray.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
