Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen shredded potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
    1 c. nonfat or low-fat sour cream
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded light Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Spray a 1-quart casserole dish with nonstick coating.
    Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl except potatoes.
    Gently stir in potatoes.
    Spoon onto prepared baking dish.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Bake casserole 45 minutes or until slightly puffed and top is lightly browned.
